Our services encompass a range of concrete remodeling solutions, including but not limited to surface restoration, repairs, resurfacing, color and texture matching, and aesthetic enhancements. The specific scope of work will be detailed in the project agreement agreed upon by both parties.
3. Project Estimates
All project estimates provided are based on initial assessments and may be subject to change following a thorough evaluation. Any alterations to the agreed scope of work or unforeseen circumstances may impact the final project cost. Pequa Remodeling Inc. will communicate any adjustments in a timely manner.
4. Materials and Workmanship
We guarantee the use of top-quality materials and skilled workmanship in all our concrete remodeling projects. Our commitment is to deliver high standards of craftsmanship and durability in every aspect of our work.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurately providing details regarding the scope of work, access to the work area, and any necessary permissions or approvals required for the project. Any modifications or additions to the project scope must be communicated promptly and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
6. Payments and Invoicing
Payment terms and schedules will be clearly outlined in the project agreement. Partial payments or deposits may be required before the commencement of work, with the final payment due upon satisfactory completion of the project. Any overdue payments may incur additional charges or affect project timelines.
7. Project Timelines
Pequa Remodeling Inc. endeavors to adhere to agreed-upon project timelines. However, unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control may affect project schedules. In such cases, we will make appropriate efforts to communicate and adjust timelines accordingly.
8. Changes to Scope
Any changes or accumulations to the project scope must be documented and agreed upon in writing by both parties. Modifications to the scope may impact project timelines, costs, and materials required.
9. Warranties
A comprehensive 1-year warranty backs our workmanship. This contract guarantees the quality and durability of our services within the specified period. Specific warranty details will be outlined in the project agreement.
10. Liability
Pequa Remodeling Inc. will not be liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues, natural disasters, or misuse of repaired or remodeled concrete surfaces. Clients are responsible for proper maintenance and care post-project completion.
11. Termination
Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement in writing if terms are violated or for other valid reasons as per the agreement. Termination terms and conditions will be detailed in the project agreement.
12. Governing Law
The laws of NYC shall govern any disputes arising from this agreement. Both parties consent to resolve disputes through arbitration or mediation before pursuing legal action.
